MINDFUL YOGA WITH JULIA

Weekly Classes at Ahimsa Yoga & Pilates

These weekly yoga classes are designed to support your body, mind, and spirit through intentional movement, breath, and stillness. Julia weaves together asana (postures), pranayama (breath practice), meditation, conscious relaxation, and the wisdom of yoga philosophy to create a practice that is grounding, restorative, and deeply nourishing.

Each class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore balance—strength and softness, movement and stillness, effort and ease. Whether you’re new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, Julia’s approach is accessible and welcoming, offering space to cultivate resilience, clarity, and presence.

Weekly Schedule

  • Wednesdays 6:00pm — Flow
    A mindful vinyasa practice that links breath with movement. Expect creative sequencing, steady pacing, and a meditative flow that strengthens the body while calming the mind.

  • Thursdays 12:00pm — Nourish
    A slow flow infused with restorative and yin elements. Gentle postures, mindful breath, and deep relaxation help release tension and restore energy. Perfect for midweek reset and grounding.
