Hi, I’m Chris.
Something within you has led you here—an inner voice, perhaps, or a deep knowing that things can be different. That transformation is possible. That change is not only needed, but within reach. Maybe you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in holding patterns, tending old wounds, or wondering “What’s next?” Whatever is present for you, it is my honor to meet you where you are, as you are, with compassion and curiosity.
As a somatic psychotherapist and expressive arts therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and groups, offering a creative and integrative approach to therapy that draws from both experiential and research-informed methods. My practice supports people who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-acceptance, identity exploration, and creative or relational blocks. I am especially passionate about helping clients develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.
At the core of my work is a commitment to honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I draw on a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi somatic therapy, Cannabis-Assisted Therapy (CAT), mindfulness-based practices, and expressive arts therapy. I also offer psychedelic integration support and hold specialized training through Beckley Academy and Grof Legacy Training in Holotropic Breathwork.
A unique aspect of my practice is the monthly group work I facilitate at Syzygy and Inner Alchemy in West Seattle. These experiential sessions use collaborative musical expression as a powerful path toward self-discovery and healing. By entering into collective musical cohesion, participants explore their sense of self through sound, rhythm, and attuned interaction. This work builds confidence in authentic expression, strengthens intuitive listening, and can access powerful states of consciousness—like trance, ecstasy, and flow—that support self-healing and insight.
My background includes over five years as a music and arts specialist at a therapeutic school serving children, teens, and young adults with behavioral, learning, and developmental differences. I have particular expertise in working with neurodivergent clients and individuals on the autism spectrum, and I bring deep respect and attunement to all types of minds and ways of being.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent years as a touring musician and recording artist. Music, writing, and filmmaking continue to be important creative outlets for me and often inform my work with clients—especially those in the midst of artistic or personal transformation. I bring a playful, grounded, and intuitive presence to therapy and honor each person’s process as sacred and unique.
I believe that all of us are already whole, and that therapy is a way to return to that knowing. It’s my intention to create a space where you can safely reconnect with your truth, rediscover your voice, and step into your life with greater freedom and self-trust.

Therapy is most effective when conducted on an ongoing and consistent basis. I recommend sessions on a bi-monthly or weekly basis. If you are experiencing a crisis, sudden loss, or significant life change, then short-term therapy can be helpful to assist you through a challenging time.
